iSouter is an application that lets you take a photo and measures his/her BATTLE LEVEL by recognizing face in the photo.

All the BATTLE LEVEL measured will be recorded and ranked with each corresponding photos, so you can check them whenever you want.
The original photos will also be saved in your library and available when you need for your address book.

Get face photos of your friends, family, co-workers, boss and anyone you want to “Scout”!!
